Bill Ciberay served as the Director of Client Relations and Operations for the Rubi Ho Group from 2013 to 2017. In parallel to working internally at the Rubi Ho Group, Bill became a certified SAOL Coach and Consultant. He has had the opportunity of working with clients from both profit and non-profit organizations. The SAOL Coach and Consulting certification process was profound for Bill – in short, it was a game-changer for him, as a coach and consultant. As a SAOL Coach and Consultant, Bill is able to effect positive change, not only to bottom-line results but to the cultural health of the organization.
