Bill Ciberay has a successful history of working and developing people in all strata of organizational leadership and management. In the formation of ZiLeZa Consulting, he is enabled to bring the best of his education, experience, and passion to those he has the honor and privilege of leading and serving. As a certified SAOL™ Coach and Consultant, Bill’s excellence can be found in the ability to coach leaders and managers to overcome weaknesses when it comes to interpersonal dynamics in the workplace and to resolve leadership, alignment and performance issues that hinder/impede business and results.

Nazarena Garron is an Agile Leadership Evangelist. A life-long learner who collects certifications to better serve various companies as an Agile Coach and Trainer. Specializing in shifting the culture towards a genuine Agile transformation. She has a passion/calling to work with non-software development groups/work. Teaching Scrum and Kanban to Educators (Elementary-High School), College Graduates, Entrepreneurs (small business owners), non-profit leaders, neighborhood groups and families.
